I'm 15, and get something like hot flashes?

alright, so for the past two years I've been getting these random thing that are kinda like hotflashes. I'm only 15 tho, so their not.
Anywho, my face turns red and starts to heat up, and than i'll get really hot, and sometime I start to shake. My face gets super hot.
They happen really randomly, sometime i get them a few times a day, and sometime i wont have them for like...2 weeks and then they will start up again. :/
anyone know why this is happening?
 
could just be hormones, but have you ever been checked for diabetes? cause sometimes i get hot and shake when my sugar gets low.
