I'm 14,and i weigh about 180!i use the abbe lounge to try to lose that weight!?

how many times do i use it once a day to show faster results?i wanna lose weight and get quicker results before i go to Puerto Rico!im not trying to be stupid and letting you waste your time,i just wanna know how much do i do in one day to show quicker results?
 
You need to do cardiovascular exercise to lose weight. Crunches and such tone muscles, but if they're hidden under a layer of fat, the results won't be visible. Try going for a walk or jog.
