I'm 13 this year.My height is 152,my weight is 52.7kg.What kind of sports or...

It will take lots of dedication, I'm warning you. If genetics has not blessed you with a fast metabolism, then you will probably have to watch your diet for the rest of your life. It will be worth it, I promise, because you will live longer, feel better, be more attractive, but it won't be easy.

Here are the steps you can take to slim down.

1) DIET! This is the MOST IMPORTANT thing in the equation, hands down. Ask your family and friends to support you, and make a meal schedule. Keep yourself active so you don't snack. Don't mess with any low-carb nonsense, because once you come off the Atkins or whatever all that weight comes right back. Eat more vegetables and fruits, whole wheats, and if you eat meat have lean meats like chicken breast. Avoid beef and pork (particularly bacon), candy soda, and especially fast foods including pizza and even subway. Sorry, but subway is not healthy, I used to work there. If you REALLY want an unhealthy snack, it's okay to have a cheat meal at the most once a week, but don't let it become a daily thing.

2) Drink 2 full 8 oz glasses of water with every meal, and 8 through out the day. You will feel full, have more energy, your skin will look better.

3) You need to do cardio exercise. These are exercises that get up your heart rate like running, swimming, biking, jumping rope, or playing a sport that has a lot of running like basketball or soccer. I run every day for a half an hour and it feels amazing. Get into a routine.

If you follow these 3 instructions you will lose weight. I don't know what a healthy weight is for your gender and height, and keep in mind that your healthy weight will change while you're in puberty. Let the mirror be your critic, and good luck.
