Im 13 Hes 13 Too. weve been together for 4 years now. Wait, don't do start having sex, especially if you have to come on here and ask if you should start, it isn't the right thing to do. Even if its safe sex it still isn't 100% safe. You could get infected by so many different things that you don't know about. I am also 13, and it isn't worth it. My cousin had "safe sex" while she was 14, and she got pregnant. Don't start.
