im 11 and i write books.but........ill stop and move on. what should i do.?

heyy im 11 yrs old and i like to write books all the time but the problem is i write till the 5th chapter then ill just stop and move on to writing about something else. and ill have tons of unfinished books. What should i do???? i really wanna become an arthur so it will help with my future Reference. my mother said if i write a book she will send it into a publisher to get it checked.
