illness... advice please, anything?

Right so I started to get a sore throat on Valentines night and I went to the doctors which he told me it was an airway infection and an ear infection ect.. I have been taking the anti-biotic's but I seem to be getting worse. Yesterday while I was at my boyfriends how I was sat in bed watching a film and I noticed that my whole neck was really sore to touch, it felt like my whole skin was bruised. from the back of my neck all the way to the front and under my chin too. Today I have been so, exhausted all I seemed to be doing was sleeping. My eye's were really sore especially when I look at bright things and then sting and I had a really bad headache which has eased off a little bit now but I can still feel a niggly headache. My temp is normal but I keep getting hot flushes too. What should I do, A second opinion ? Is it just an infection that had the wrong anti biotic's ? I don't know, please any advice thank you x
