receive the goods after June 30? I have to order stock for our company in three parts* that is meant to come out of the 09/10 financial years budget, but at best only 1 part will be received in June and the other two parts will not be received until August which is well past the end of financial year cutoff.
Is it illegal to ask the suppliers to date their invoices for June 30 so when I process them the money comes out of the 09/10 budget not 10/11?
*Each part will be invoiced separately. This is an Australian company and an Australian supplier if that makes any difference.
