So i have been working at a breakfast/lunch restuarant as a bus girl for three months or more. For the first couple months they had me working on a semi normal schedule. Now I haven't worked for three weeks or more. Is it illegal to hire someone and not have them work for that long? Also, is it illegal for an employee to only work 25 minutes and then go home?
