Yeah, I'm sure he is here just looking to better himself and is actually just an understood, nice guy who isn't a criminal and should be given US Citizenship under an Obama amnesty plan.

Rape suspect deported 4 times

EDMONDS, Wash. – The man accused of raping a woman behind an Edmonds grocery store has been deported at least four times in the past 15 years, reports KIRO Radio.

An officer responding to a woman's cry for help Sunday night found 46-year-old Jose Madrigal on top of the woman and arrested him.

According to court documents, the woman told police that Madrigal had followed her and offered her $35 for sex, but she said no. She said Madrigal then forced her into the bushes on the north side of the store and raped her.

Documents say Madrigal told police "Sometimes we have control in our brains, but we make mistakes."

The 28-year-old Edmonds woman was treated at a hospital.

Snohomish County prosecutors have charged Madrigal in district court with second degree rape. He is also is being held for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.

Ok... So what?

Do you really want to get into a battle of stories between "illegals who do bad things" vs "illegals who do go things"?

http://www.usillegalaliens.com/impacts_of_illegal_immigration_crime.html

To give you an idea of "how much crime," as noted in Illegal Alien Crime Wave in Full Swing, in April 2005, the GAO released a report on a study of 55,322 illegal aliens incarcerated in federal, state, and local facilities during 2003. It found the following:

Of the 55,322 illegal aliens studied, researchers found that they were arrested a total of 459,614 times, averaging about 8 arrests per illegal alien.

They were arrested for a total of about 700,000 criminal offenses, averaging about 13 offenses per illegal alien.

49% had previously been convicted of a felony, 20% of a drug offense; 18% a violent offense, and 11%, other felony offenses.

81% of the arrests occurred after 1990

56% of those charged with a reentry offense had previously been convicted on at least 5 prior occasions.

Defendants charged with unlawful reentry had the most extensive criminal histories. 90% had been previously arrested. Of those with a prior arrest, 50% had been arrested for violent or drug-related felonies.

Note the last two points

so in order to get into an argument of "good" vs. "bad" illegal aliens you cite a report from usillegalaliens.com about only aliens that were incarcerated.

Solid.

Some illegal immigrants are good people who otherwise wouldn't commit violent crimes.

Some illegal immigrants are bad people who will commit violent crimes.

This is true of every nationality and type of person on the planet.

What's the point of this thread?

Maybe since you had your head up your ass, you missed this part ...

in April 2005, the GAO released a report

Maybe you missed the point of what I was saying.

I know you dislike (hate) illegals. I doubt anyone likes illegal immigration. But if you're going to argue that there are ALL these illegals that commit crimes above and beyond the "good" ones.....then you shouldn't only display one side of the stats. The study tells us nothing, it's a partial study of illegal criminals who are a minor part of the illegals here.

Thread is pointless unless you have full stats.

I think DE is testing whether or now humanity has learned its lesson from WW2

What lesson is that? That a country has a right to not be invaded by people entering their country illegally?

My thoughts exactly. This happens far too often to make a thread about it.

That's like saying "I farted" in a thread.

My solution is 2 strikes you're out.

Sneak into the country once, and we brand you, and send you back.

Come in again, and we check for the brand. If you've got it, off with your head, and you're pushing daisies.

Arizona needs to call up their national guard and send them to the border.

I don't live there, so "we" is not really necessary.

So we secure the border so that people like him are not able to sneak back in? I don't think anyone's arguing on this

They come here for an opportunity at a better life, and to make money and prosper and send some of it back home. I hope we never lose the opportunity for prosperity.
