...a pair of channel locks. Well, OK, the channel locks came first on my little adventure in dodging. Then the 4 pound sledge came a few seconds later. Why do people think unsecured loads are OK on a rural highway? Sheesh...

Bag of golf clubs came bouncing out the back of a Toyota 4-Runner
yesterday....the zippered pocket of balls was open and they spewed
all over the place........
Luckily I was well behind the idiot and avoided it all.......

He did pull over and try to get back to retrieve them....

I feel your pain!!!!!

25' trailer full of ladders....

20' aluminum ladder( seemed bigger) falls off trailer and goes sideways across I 95 blocking 2 lanes.
lucky it spun length wise pretty fast and i just missed it.
The bad thing was The azzhole truck kept going for another 10 miles to a weigh station..

Dang I thought you were just in training for a Dodgeball tournament...lol

Glad you were able to dodge those items that would have left a mark for sure.

Wow, amazing what can happen on the road. Golf bags, ladders and canoes make the tools seem kind of paltry. It is a pity we can't (legally, anyway... ) do anything about the idiots that put us in these situations.

Last Saturday there was a hood of a car in the middle lane on I-195 in Dartmouth, MA . It blended in with the road pretty well until I got closer. I'm glad I wasn't riding at night or next to someone on a cell phone that saw it at the last second.
