Ok, here's what I remember:
* There were a bunch of midgets in it and a little boy.
* It was a British movie.
* I think the midgets and the kid were traveling through time.
* There was a scene where the midgets were stuck in a giant, black hole or something and they were inside cages suspended by a rope.
* At the end, the kid's parents found a rock made out of concentrated evil or something like that, and it was in their toaster. They took the rock out of the toaster, and the whole world exploded (I think).
Yes, I know that this just sounds like a bad acid trip, but the movie existed, I swear!!!
