Kings park- must see, just a beautiful garden with beautiful views of the swan river.
Hillarys Boat harbour- A wonderful built up beach with lots to do.
Sorento Quey-Less than a 5 minute walk from Hillarys. Totally isolated beach with beautiful white sand.
CBD- Just a nice shopping district.
Bell Tower- A tower built to house some old bells given to us by England. Not wonderfully interesting but once again it has a nice view.
Honestly there's not that much to do in Perth but there are lots of beautiful beaches and pathways around the swan river for cycling. Though note that our bus service is terrible. Buses only come every half hour and every hour on the weekend. Trains are a better option but they don't cover much area.

Perth is a nice place but did you think of going to Tasmania for hols ? The reason I ask is that prices for food, drink & accommodation etc are generally cheaper there than anywhere else in Australia & Tasmania has so many attractions to look at. The next time you want to travel, consider going to Tassie as you wont be disappointed. Buy the way, if you think I live in Tassie the answer is no, its just that I think its one of the best states in Australia to have a holiday in !
