Ignetion in 1999 ford ranger broke.?

i put the key in and it turned the radio came on but would not start then i noticed while it was in the on position i could take the key out.I could not make the radio go off and the lock button was stuck.It also looked like the whole ignition popped out a littel.wats wrong how can i fix it.
