-''shows only the records where Delivery is Yes and the words A4 and File appear as part of Item field" so I have to make a query first,I typed Yes in criteria of Delivery section then when I typed A4 and File in criteria of Item section nothing (no records) appear in the table view. any help?! thanks in advance
