...mrs craven's death? i'm a little confused. ten years before, she fell out of the tree and was so badly hurt she died the next day. but did the fall bring on childbirth or something because it seems that the birth of colin coincides? eg, mary says to him "you must be ten because it was ten years ago..." and it says about how mr craven went nearly crazy when she died, and then was introduced to baby colin and it was too painful to look into those "same grey eyes".
