I was laid off work and I've been struggling ever since last month, I called credit union to explain and they allowed me some time. I got a part time job and barely pulled enough money for this last months payment, and made payent today. They said they wanted this months payment by the Jan 4, and I explained I couldnt make it because I get paid ever week but there is inssuficient funds to make full payment. I'm trying to work with them on getting back on track, why are they harrasin me after I'm only a month behind?
I havent eaten paid other bills, cell phone, credit cards, and even food to eat and these people dont understand after all Im doing to get back on track.
How do I handle this situation, please anyone? Maybe I can talk to manager or make payments on interests?
