It's a form of nostalgia/idealization and romanticization of the adolescent/teenage years.

haha i have to agree with the cops and mcLovin part being the best. Who wouldn't love to go do that stuff with cops....i mean really. Granted I am 21 and chill with some of the cops here on campus anyway cuz they randomly show up to parties on the weekend.

Also ya the chick jules would have never invited the fat kid to the party...except he did have access to the fake so i guess that was a good enough reason

Knocked up owned the shit out of this film. I'm 18 too.

Superbad was a good film in it's own sense, but had way too many tastless comedy parts. The COPS and MCLOVIN where the best parts in the movie.
