I've been going 6 days a week. but there have been a lot of days and weeks missed cuz of my internship and college. i am severely underweight and dieting with all the work i got to do has been hell. now im trying to change up my routine a little and go 4 days a week. i have gained over 15 lbs over the last 5 months. not much i know but do to the crappy campus food and timing constraints i havent been able to diet properly. i have more free time on mon, wed, fri, and sat. so i figure do supersets those days.
