If your an E-2 going into Navy boot camp do you get E-3 if your in the AECF program?

Like if you helped out your recruiter by getting more people to join the Navy with and you were bumped up to E-2.
 
If you played your cards right it should be in your contract. As for non nukes AECF (ET and FC) should get E3 out of boot camp and be a, "Push Button," E4. Meaning that either after "A" school or after PO indoc at ship you should automatically put on E4. Again this is all in the contract and depends what you signed!
