if you're a cop and you failed a drug test for marijuana and you didn't have more than an ounce and it was personal illegal use, would you get fired or what? whats the punishment?
Screw that. Cops can carry firearms pretty much whenever, even concealed while off duty. I don't want anyone with a weapon high on anything!! So if he did use drugs his ass should get fired or sent to rehab.
