Yes because you are a minor and if anything happens to you, your parents are held responsible.
well you wont go to jail but they will take you back OR if there are circumstances they will place you in child protective services or with a family member both parties can agree on. But I will tell you this.... your "baby daddys" parents CAN get in trouble its called harboring a runaway and is very much illegal, you are a minor! GOOD LUCK!
