who would you want the directors, actors, etc to be?

Me: I would want directors and actors with experience, but not big names. I would want directors and actors that had talent but still had to prove themselves, not the Lucases and Spielbergs or the Tom Cruises and Keanu Reeves that can afford to make bad movies.
