nice about it? Sort of silly. I was just dreaming this. How nice would it be to say "Excuse me. Please no drinks after the bell?" And then the offender well, it's not much of an offense says "Sorry." And then you say "That's ok. I know you were thirsty and just water." Is that much more better than writing a citation when the Getting Drink after Bell reason is on the citation?
