This is what I would do:
-Trade my 1st overall pick and 3rd round pick to Kansas City in exchange for QB Matt Cassell and their 3rd overall pick.
-Draft OT Eugene Monroe or OT Jason Smith with the 3rd overall pick.
-Draft either WR Percy Harvin or WR Darius Heyward-Bey with the 20th overall pick (assuming WR Jeremy Maclin is already gone).
-Draft a Defensive back with the 2nd round pick (maybe Patrick Chung or William Moore).
-Sign decent Free-Agent players on Defense to fill weakneses.
Do you like my strategy? This will make the team a 8-8 team, and possibly a playoff contender after about a few years.
