Hire the absolute best baseball talent scouts. (Money is no object, remember) Stock at least six minor league farm clubs with the best and/or finest players that these super scouts can find. Hire the best trainers and nutritionists and sports medical people and have them consistently evaluate all aspects of a world wide baseball talent development program. Voila, within five years, I would have a World Series winner.
