No. Instead I would get a Recall Action going to remove more than half of the Congress who actually are more responsible for the mess America is in.

Remember Every one of these people took an oath to the people to do only what is best for the country. On that oath alone most could be tossed out of Congress.

The CEO's of AIG and others were and are people who were running their company for the best interest of their company. In doing that people were rewarded for how much they helped their company.

So long as the government stood away from the company, everything was right so long as the companies worked under the law. If blame has to be placed, think about the Congress-guys and gals who forced laws and regulations under which that those companies had to operate.

Who broke the laws?

PLACE THE BLAME WHERE IT BELONGS.
 
Edward Liddy only became CEO of AIG in September, 2008 and was arguably not even responsible for its downfall.

But he did sign off on the bonus shenanigans.

In any case, he's gone now.
 
if i were president i wouldn't have allowed a bailout so this question would be moot.
 
He had the GM CEO step down, but didn't say a word to AIG.

Of course, it has nothing to do with the fact that AIG donated 104K to his campaign, and that they control his pension plan. AIG was doing a good enough job, right?

But that GM dude had to go!
