If you were a financial advisor and congress just passed a law to help church employees pay less taxes on money saved and you wanted to help out these church employees, how would you approach these churches, who would you ask/want to talk to in the church, and what would you say to them that they might want your help or let you help them?

You want to offer supplemental insurance to emmployees that desire more. Who would you talk to in the hospital to get permission to contact the staff and what would you say to them.
