If you were in court, being tried, would you want a cat on the jury?

Just curious as to people's reaction. There was this story about something that happened in Boston about a cat (seriously) being sent a jury summons by the court. It was addressed to the cat and the name on the document was the cat's! The address, of course, was the owners'.

AND PLEASE DO NOT report my freakin' question as this is a serious matter (and a true account) and I AM curious!
