What are some changes you would make to movies or shows if you were in charge of them? If I was in charge of:

Bambi: I would make it slightly more faithful to the book. I would have still had Thumper and Flower but I would have other characters from the book in the movie such as Gobo

Most of the Disney canon from the past few years: I would definately picked better release dates. For example there is no way in heck I would release Tangled the same day as the new Harry Potter movie.
 
Well, I've got a few...
  • G.I.Joe:The Movie - I would've gone forward with Duke dying. I realize that a lot of people were upset by Optimus Prime dying in Transformers:The Movie, but it would've made a lot more sense for Duke to die.
  • The original Transformers cartoon - And speaking of Optimus Prime dying, I wouldn't have brought Optimus Prime back to life in the original Transformers series. It's really not good to show kids that someone/thing can come back from the dead.
  • The Simpsons - I would've ended the show after about 10 seasons. It's a nice round number. And the majority of the show's episodes would've been from the golden years.
  • Batman:The Animated Series - I wish that from the beginning Batman would've had the darker design that he had in The New Batman Adventures episodes. I like my Batman to have a dark look.
  • Superman:The Animated Series - I would've featured more episodes with Brainiac. The Superman:TAS Brainiac was just fricken awsome.
  • The 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon - I never would've made The Shredder an utrom. The creators made it work. But I would've preferred for him to have been a human.
 
'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' (2003) I would put my foot down, and not have The Turtles go into the future for a whole separate series. Maybe for one episode in the proper series, but not as a new series to 'boost ratings, and toy sales'.

'DuckTales: Treasure Of The Lost Lamp'. I would get more skilled Disney animators on this film, and give them more time for it to be it's absolute best. Maybe even give it a more epic plot that's based on one of Carl Barks' best storylines.

'Superman: Braniac Attacks' I would get Paul Dini, or any of the other good writers from 'STAS' back to write a much better plot for this movie, and get Clancy Brown back to voice Lex again. (With his old personality fully intact)
 
I would put Looney Tunes and MGM shorts, and other classics back on television. I would have released the Tom and Jerry collections un-cut. I would not have retooled an all new cartoon yet to be released half-way through production to give it a generic cartoon look. I would have made sure that the classic com edy style never died in the way of toilet humor, and lots of obscenities. I would fire who's ever making the cartoons for adult swim, with the exception of very few. I would never have made a third Shrek Movie. I would have left the original title of the shorts in tact during the Blue Ribbon re-prints. I would make the Disney vault make sense. I would not have commercialized several disney characters.... And that's just from an animation stand Point
