you basically had a team like Last year's New Orleans Hornets, Young, talented, and good. but you lost your two best players to free agency, drafted young players, and lost parts of your bench as well. and are asking your 2nd year player to take the team to the playoffs. so far, it's 45 games into the season the team's record is 15-30. He is averaging 14.4 ppg, 8 rbg, 3 asp, 2 bpg, and 2 spg. What would you do to this player? your team had the a great core last year, and now you have this. This player shoots the ball, and tries to do to much sometimes when the game is close. Would you give him advice on what to do on how to lead and how to take control? (describe answer) or trade him? Remember this team had the talent to win a title last year... or say what would you do if any of these choices don't work..
