If you were a GM or Owner of the team, what would you do with a player like this?

a player that averaged 2 ppg, 1.8 rbg, 1.6 spg, and played only 8 mins a game. Next game, he plays for 25 mins, and got 10 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 blocks, and 3 steals. btw, this is a SG with longer arms compared to most SG his size. Later on, he's stats are 14 ppg, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocks, 1.5 steals total. The Next game he plays the PG, with your starting PG hurt. he gets 17 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds, and 2 blocks playing for 30 mins. Later on during the season, he's only been playing 16 mpg. He comes to you, and asks you. Would you trade him to a team, where he can play more? What would you do?

A - Trade him for the best offer out there
B - Tell him to wait a bit longer, and more playing time will come
C - Tell him, it's not going to happen. He's stuck
D - Move him up in the rotation, and put him in the starting line up to play.

E - something you can think of
 
D Promote him to the Starting Roster He is not a Bad Player just give the Kid a Chance.
