If you shoot a bullet in the middle of the desert ( 90 Degree angle ) when will it land without hitting something?

It is impossible to 'land' without hitting something. Otherwise it would be in a suspended position.

Whats the cal? Whats the powder load? And whats the gun its being fired from? That all plays into it.

It all depends on the bullet and its muzzle velocity. These factors in conjunction with air density will determine how high the bullet goes. The bullet will return to earth with the acceleration due to gravity until it reaches terminal velocity. This terminal velocity will depend on the cross sectional density of the bullet and the density of the air. So before anyone can give you a definite answer, you will have to supply these bits of information.
