IF YOU REALLY WANT CLEAR SKIN ONLY 2 THINGS WILL WORK

1) DIET: Don’t eat anything that has white flour in it (white flour are: white bread, pizza, buns, pancakes, crepes etc) it’s the ingredient in the white flour called alloxan which makes the flour look white and clean that eats away not only at your pancreas BUT is the biggest cause of acne / zits.

2)WHAT TO USE ON YOUR SKIN: Only Use VINIGAR to clean your Face, Scalp and Back - Vinegar balances the PH level in your skin.

Vinegar makes hair soft and shiny because it removes shampoo residue, but it also changes the PH balance of the scalp and can controlling dandruff, oily hair and dry hair.

Vinegar will rebalance the ph factor so that acne has a harder time getting started in the first place

Rinse your skin with straight vinegar, or, if it stings or is uncomfortable, mix it half and half with water. Using this regularly throughout the day will bring your skin back into balance

The difference in using drying concoctions and moisturizing concoctions and in using vinegar is that those things overcompensate, trying to get your skin to a more normal level. When dry skin gets a overdose of oil ("moisture"), oil glanRAB stop producing oil, thus intensifying the original problem. When oily skin is overdried by use of commercial products, the oil glanRAB tend to go into high gear trying to replace what was lost - and the original problem is intensified.

These 2 steps have worked for me and so many other thousanRAB of people. Don’t waist your money on pumping more chemicals into you skin. Try these 2 simple steps and notice the difference.

Uh, I hope this works for someone out there--but I don't find this post to be helpful.

I have beautiful skin--and it's clear. It went nuts for a couple of months a few years ago and took Accutane. It's beautiful again. I use Cetaphil products and a couple of OTC meRAB for occasional back breakouts.

There is no "one size fits all" solution for everyone. Not possible.

If this worked for you - great. :)

But I have to agree with muffystuff........there is most definitely NOT a one size fits all solution.

muffy : how long ago were you on accutane? were you on birth control? if so, which one? also....are u still on birth control?
ive been off accutane for 6 months now and my dr wants me off birth control...im worried my acne will come back..but im hoping the accutane took care of it...
thanks

I got told my my derm that diet has such a small link to acne thats its pointless dieting:dizzy: and i think its true because it never worked for me.
