If you put urine in a microwave to heat for a drug test will it change anything?

My mom wants to drug test me cause i told her i would stop smoking weed and she wanted to be believe I quit I did decide to quit I haven't smoked for 3 weeks but im afraid i will come out positive my friend told me he would let me use his urine but to give it to my mom it has to be warm i was wondering if it woul be possibe to put the jar of urine in the microwave to heat before i give it to my mom so it will be warm and it wont change the result of the drug test
