If you own your own restaurant can you buy food from a grocery store or do you have to buy it from someone that delievers it?? Always curious about this...
 
You can buy your food from anywhere. As a matter of fact most good chefs will buy from local farmer's markets, fresh seafood markets or even order special spices from overseas. So they can make their specials for the day from the freshest and best ingredients or give their regular menu items something special.
