If you masturbate before urine sample will it show?

Ok, so right before my physical i did a deed...anyway they had me do a urine sample right away when I got there. before i left the doc came back in and asked if i had masturbated earlier in the day. i was embarrassed and said no. She asked if I was having any problems with ejaculation or anything out of the ordinary. I was taken aback and just said no. She said any rectal pain. What the hell is going on? No. She then sent me on my merry way. did masturbating mess up my urine sample?!?!?!!? hahahaha
