food? A friend asked me to teach her how to make "Taco Bell" type food. I've never been to Taco Bell. I can get good Mexican street food near my house if I don’t feel like cooking. I offered to show her how to make real food, but she wanted the Taco Bell type stuff for her two kids who love it.

She bought and served me the fast food. The flavors were bland, the texture was mushy and the colors were boring. I didn’t like it, but I could understand how many people would. I liked the Border sauce, and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh.
BTW, I know Taco Bell does not make Mexican food

Nothing wrong with ethnic fast food... like pizza, cheese steaks, salami sandwiches, paninis, cubans, tacos, funnel cakes, fried dough, etc., love 'em all!

I love ethnic food and I make it and get take out frequently from Chinese, Portugese, Thai, Indian and a myriad of other restaurants. Most of the dishes are not what I would define as fast food items. To be fast food, it has to be inexpensive, eaten with hands without utensils and prepared within a few minutes wait at a counter. Most of the dishes at the restaurants I mentioned require a plate and fork and take at least 15 minutes to prepare.
They are better than fast food, and I am perfectly fine with that. In fact, I eat at these places mentioned far more than I stop at Mcdonalds or Burge King.
