If you look alot in the mirror do you feel like you scowl or frown when you're outdoors?

I'm always looking in the mirror fixing every little detail. One moment I look beautiful, the next there's a problem with this or that. By the time I go outside and relax my face I have a scowl, frowning face and people notice and frown back at me. I don't mean to scowl but that's just how my face will look... What's going on?
