I am going to buy a system for my 2003 Grand Prix GT. I have two options, both from friends of mine. Option #1....two 12" Sony Xplode's with an 800 watt amp (cost=$140) OR Option #2...two 10" Stillwater's (Kicker) and a 450 watt Kicker ZX450 amp (cost=$100). Both sets of speakers are in a single trunk box. What I pay is not relevant, I just want to make the best choice for the quality between my two options. I know not much when dealing with car audio, but I can tell you I want to gear my decision on good sound and nice bump as opposed to crazy base. Which system should I purchase??
IF you know anything about car audio...I need your opinion.?
