...soft ware,and what kind of u what kind of use both of them,iam already using 3ds max for modeling and cunstucting,now iam crazy like this software's
my great ambition is working agood film industry or other 3d animation company,
 
i dont know why but i like Max more, though both maya and max are autodesk products.

max is more widely used.
