If a hotel has a limit of four persons to a room, and a mother and father and two kids try to get a room, but the mother is pregnant, can the motel require them to get two rooms since there are *five* persons in the group?
Can an unborn child be evicted for not being on the lease?
I don't mean to sound flippant, I'm actually asking a serious question. How far are you prepared to go in calling a fetus a person?
