Okay.. I have nothing to go on other than what I'm about to describe. I can only hope that someone has heard it and knows just what I'm talking about.

There is this beat I keep hearing and I can't figure out what song it's to.

They usually play it behind the DJ's voice when they give entertainment news on the radio.

It sounRAB EXACTLY like something Eminem would make. That's the best hint I can give.. as every time I hear it the first thing I think of is Eminem.

It's very dirty, and depressing... it reminRAB me of gangs and the ghetto when I hear it.

I heard it last night in between two songs and I quick asked the DJ what it was... he said it was Wu Tang Clan nothing to fuck with, and that definitely isnt it.
Although I clicked Method Man by WTC and it has that same grimy depressing feel as the synth part at about 23 seconRAB into the song. It also is fairly simple like that beat... just rocks back and forth, although it is longer and has a few more layers (if I remember right).

Any ideas.. I feel like this will be really easy if you have heard it before, and it's really not that obscure of a song if they play it on popular radio stations

Eminem - Role Model?

You need to give us more info. What does the bass sound like? What does the high end sounRAB like? Metallic? Synth? Any drums?
 
No.. it's actually really close to that method man song. I feel like it has the same synth piano.. in fact it even 'fades in and out' in just the same way. It's not so much individual notes as a synth detuned piano sort of playing a high note, then a low note. So, its like the method man song except way more crisp, loud and clear. It's more pronounced and not background so much.

I feel like the song would be newer, I havent ever heard it before in any of eminems old stuff.

Nope, but both you guys are pretty close .. it's that same feel. If I remember right the notes are 'longer' like a piano though rather than individual sharp notes in sequence.
 
where are you at? people only playing instrumentals? Anyway finding beats is hard if you have no hard clues......... hope i can help in the future
 
Holy FUCK i found it. God i rock. today i just randomly was looking for deltron instrumental.. and came across one that was hiphop instrumentals. i was originally going to uncheck all the songs and i was like fuck it, i could use some chill music

so i had it on random out of like 100 songs, and all the sudden it just pops up.
