belongs to them can they sue? My roommate left without paying rent and said because of that i can keep her washer and dryer set that has been in my house for over a year now. Someone whom I don't know has been calling me and texting me claiming these are their appliances and they want them back but they have no proof and say they are going to sue me is this possible?
