If you have Medicare or any type of life insurance plan, do you have to pay for

Prescriptions? The topic says it all...
So, I'll be able to just have my prescription, walk in, and get it. Correct?
Do I need to have any form of I.D. or anything like that?
If I don't, how will I be able to get it without one?
Medicare is a Health Insurance, correct?
Because, I'm PRETTY sure that's what I have.
