if you have cox cable weird channel any idea what it is?

so if you have cox cable, it might be out right now but turn it to channel 16, what is it? all it has is a picture of a girl taking trash out or something, its a still pic and it hasnt changes in over an hour
az lol where are you? and the channel is tbs just found out the pic went away, very odd...
 
what state do you live in? never heard of cox cable.man its time to ditch the old cable tv and get your self hooked up to directv. i will never pay for cable again.when i had cable it was out over 50 percent of the time.
