...onto waiting.? So now Waiting it has been 5 day's since the Tests. should I look for something else. Is anyone out there in the Recruitment industry?
I have heard nothing else. I know a lot of applicants but still, whats the normal time frame for the final interview?
 
Never put all your eggs in one basket, if you drop it, you break them all. Or never put all your hopes on one job application, if you don't get it, your hopes are gone.

So get out there and turn in a dozen apps. If you get hired at one place and a better offer comes along, you can always give notice and switch jobs.
