if you have an eyebrow piercing. Can you just take it out wen you play sports or what?

i want to get my eyebrow pierced but i play baseball. if it has been healed for 4 months do you think i will be able to take it out while i play?
 
i would try to find a retainer it may well close up

i had a lip piercing that had been healed for a year and i took it out for my wedding day.
it healed pretty much by the end of the day :(

maybe you could clean it more often and take a moment out of practice to slip it in everyonce in a while.
