In the real world, most studios won't even open unsolicited scripts. There is such a small chance that someone without an agent will have a marketable script that it's just not worth their time. Also, if they were to open them and read them, they'd get sued constantly by writers who think that studio's latest movie was inspired by their script.
If you want to run with the pros you have to become one. That's the sad truth of it. You have to get something published to get a name so that an agent is willing to spend time promoting you, then that agent has to get a studio to read your script.
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it!
