If you have a photography lisence, do they let you bring cameras in to concerts?

Ive seen people who do concert photography, but it seems most concerts dont allow cameras. if you have a photography lisence, do they let you take cameras in?
im far from a profesional photographer, my camera hardly even works, but i was wondering if that is something i should look into one day.
btw, i live in canada.
 
No. You are confusing licensing with copyrights. Any images taken at a concert would be totally restricted to use in any way without a release form from the subjects of the photo. In addition, those photos would be protected by copyright and possibly trademark as well. And what you need to enter is a press pass or stage pass for photographers, not a license.
