If You Have A P.B.A. Card Are You Entitled To Any Priveledges With The Law?

If you don't know what I am talking about the P.B.A. cards are given to relatives or very close friends of police officers so that officers on a scene know that the person in question has a direct connection to the police.

Now does this mean that you are entitled to get away with certain things because you possess one of these cards?
 
What it means is that cops don't trust cops.
If they did, they wouldn't have to give out the cards.
